Fragility

As I stand staring intently into nothingness

Trying to guard myself against the cold

Wondering what else could unfurl

In this silence filled world.

Quietly I bear this hope

Of igniting the sparks of warmth

To guide and embrace me

In ways I used to know.

And you'll see me waiting for you on our corner of the street

So I'm not moving, I'm not moving

Taking My First Step to Freedom and Dance

You can't give up

Lookin' for that diamond in the rough

Because you never know when it shows up

Make sure you're holding on

Cause it could be the one,

The one you're waiting on.

Unnoticed

So what is it that we seek?
It keeps us hoping and waiting
Restless and bothered
Squandering our days and nights
With thoughts of “nothing”

But we know that there’s “something”
Like how the river find it’s way to the sea
And how music feeds the soul
The puzzles should fit

Maybe tomorrow?
You and I shall find refuge
With what’s written on our stars.

Maybe tomorrow?
We will witness
Miracle at it’s best.

Maybe tomorrow?

I'll be found.
